Further to my message regarding the re-opening of our Service Centres, I am pleased to announce we have re-opened all of our Sales and Service Centres in England for pre-arranged appointments at the Centre and online sales consultations.
The safety and well-being of our customers, team members and their families continues to be at the forefront of our minds. As previously mentioned before reopening our Service Centres, in line with government guidance, we documented and implemented new service processes following an individual assessment of each or our centres in order to develop new codes of practice and provide the appropriate PPE required for each specific location.
The additional measures have been in place for a few weeks for Service appointments and we are confident that we can extend our Centre opening to sales customers, also by appointment. By managing the number of appointments and implementing enhanced hygiene measures our centres can adhere to the Government’s strict social distancing and safety advice. We are also able to offer online consultations and telephone appointments if preferred, have the capability to do live video consultations and full digital documentation for sales and service and have implemented contactless handover processes. At this time we are still operating special opening hours, due to the reduced team members on site and we will be closed at weekends.
I can assure you that we have the necessary processes in place, have installed new signage, sanitising stations, Perspex shielding screens and have appropriate PPE in place at all of our retailers so we can welcome back our service and sales customers with confidence.
