5 stars! I arrived at site (I live an hour away) and my new car had an emergency recall. In return they insured me on a courtesy car and personally delivered it to my address, brilliant service!

Thomas Mullen provided great customer service from the moment we walked into the showroom. He was informative, arranged a test drive immediately and was attentive without being pushy. We visited to look at the Countryman and left totally convinced.
