The purchase and delivery process of my new MINI was done very smoothly and efficiently. Russell the man with the calculator thoroughly explained the finance aspect and left me feeling confident in my purchase.

Car went in on 12th April. One item still outstanding, and no one from the dealer has come back with solution as yet. Very poor. I shall be using another dealer in future, which is irritating, as Worcester is closest

They were brilliant but when I got the car back a warning light came on to say the passenger air bag is disabled,but it isn't.This happened previously and went away. Otherwise it would be a 5.
