The work was carried out well. In addition, they checked the car and made me aware of other issues (damaged tyre). They quoted a price for a new tyre, however they were not “pushy” when I said I didn’t want it done straght away. I like that.

Staff a little disengaged (particularly sales manager overheard dealing with aggrieved customer), and I’m still unclear on MOT rules.As aside, letter from Rybrook offered ‘Complimentary MOT’-car had check over so I paid £29.99 without complaint

As well as an excellent service experience, I feel that I am able to call in to the garage at any time if I am worried about anything (eg warning signals regarding tyre pressures) and it will be dealt with.

Short of perfect score because the windscreen wipers were expensive to replace. Irritating because the ones supplied with the car when new had always been noisy, so I feel I’m being charged for replacing defective parts.

Katherine Hill is an angel and insured I had a spare car if I wanted one for the day. She got my a drink and had a good chat and catch up to make sure I was very happy since my purchase. She's so friendly and does make you feel as though you matter.
