I had a problem with water ingress following a front windscreen replacement by my insurers nominated company. Mr Andrew White was excellent from start to finish in successfully dealing with this problem and keeping me informed throughout.
We had a fabulous buying experience however, when the car was booked for 1st service we asked for the car to picked up by one of there drivers. The car was returned covered in mud very disappointed concerned and angry how the car had been driven.
The service and MoT were fine. The car was collected and brought back clean. A new tyre was identified as required due to a slash in the tyre wall
As previously stated Cath, our salesperson, worked hard for our business. She made us feel valued, and was very patient with our son (who has a learning disability) - that counts for more than you might think.
Never an issue with getting things done.

On the day of the service, no one turned up to collect my car.. after calling the dealership they confirmed it had been booked in for a drop off!!! After a few choice words from me, they did find a driver to collect my car within the hour
Staff were attentive and friendly. Work done was whilst I waited.
First experience, a little frustrated that was not warned how long I would have to wait to have my engine warning light diagnostics performed. Could have arranged for me to be picked up if warned on the phone that I may need to wait for 2 to 3 hours.

Service is excellent I cant fault that. However, I only purchased my used Mini Clubman on 11/11/17 & I had to take it back for a repair on one of the trims. I was disappointed that it wasnt covered under warranty despite it failing while driving.

Was completely satisfied with the service received but unhappy that I had to have a clutch replaced on a car only 5 years old. Previous mini cooper was owned for 20 years without problem.

I took the car in for 08.00 and had a phone call before lunchtime to say it had passed MOT and I could collect it.
Do think though that a mini garage like Rybrook should always carry mini run flat tyres instead of going to trouble of having to get them in and have to offer courtesy car whilst waiting for tyre and fitting it. A lot of added unnecessary expense

The communication from Jo Gill and Joli Poyner was excellent; they really made me feel very special during the whole purchasing process. It makes you feel great when as soon as you walk into the showroom, you are greeted with big smiles.
