Alice Rogers who gave me honest advice, helped me choose all the important extras. Matt Dunford is the manager and seems to run his team really well. He sat down with us and negotiated a great deal, made sure everything was perfect and helped us out.

The work was carried out well. In addition, they checked the car and made me aware of other issues (damaged tyre). They quoted a price for a new tyre, however they were not pushy when I said I didnt want it done straght away. I like that.
Great but the best bit is having my car cleaned and it wasnt very good. Lovely the video though.

As well as an excellent service experience, I feel that I am able to call in to the garage at any time if I am worried about anything (eg warning signals regarding tyre pressures) and it will be dealt with.

Short of perfect score because the windscreen wipers were expensive to replace. Irritating because the ones supplied with the car when new had always been noisy, so I feel Im being charged for replacing defective parts.
The video sent to show the car was good and the explanation given me by the mechanic very clear on what needed doing.

Katherine Hill is an angel and insured I had a spare car if I wanted one for the day. She got my a drink and had a good chat and catch up to make sure I was very happy since my purchase. She's so friendly and does make you feel as though you matter.
