Parking light had gone, I thought you would of replaced it, as it's only about a fiver but not even a mention that it had gone or if I wanted it replaced. Also although the valet was excellent,my dash & clocks had been cleaned with a dirty greasy rag

Of some 7 or 8 staff only one was able to book the car in! Whilst I waited for some 20 minutes to be served the rest sat there laughing and joking. Very unprofessional. Same on collection. Not a patch on Jaguar. Clean and vac was so poor.
With other manufacturers I have had the opportunity to have a loan car or collection from my home and return

Love the fact I can pre-book a service & organise for my cars to be collected and returned at a time convenient to myself. Car is always returned valeted no to mention the call/text I get when its at the garage. Simply brilliant!
